Do a search online for forums that are relevant to your internet site, check their rankings, and post on those that are fine quality.

Do not spam. This is the number one rule in all forums but many of us continue to do it anyway. Make your comments applicable to the topic and educational if you’ve got an answer to a question. Otherwise, you can raise a question too.
